It has been a while since I've done some benching, couple months to be precise.
Today when I fired up Clockgen to run some SuperPi on the new, so far untested E6600 I bought couple months ago, I was greeted with a malfunctioning Clockgen:

Only "Clocks" and "Options" are listed in the main window, "PLL Control" and "PLL Settings" are nowhere to be found. These work just fine.
After fiddling around with CPU-Z and Everest I somehow managed to get both "PLL Control" and "PLL Settings" to appear, after several Clockgen instances. "PLL Control" seems to be missing all functionality.
Setting the PLL (ICS9PLRS587) which I've used many times in the past with this board does nothing:

The meters remain unlabeled and FSB slider is missing completely.
I've tried Clockgen versions 1.0.4.7, 1.0.4.8, 1.0.5.0 and 1.0.5.3, the issue exists with each and every version.
Both of my XP installations are affected. I'm wondering if there's something Clockgen requires in order to work, like certain Windows services or specific Intel chipset drivers?
I'm using a Gigabyte DS4 with ICS9PLRS587 - which supported by Clockgen and has previously worked without problems.
