I'm trying to find a very basic AGP card that I use in a HTPC, that I can use to watch/record live tv and that is capable of watching HD-DVD's with good quality. I'm not sure if a seperate TV tuner card and seperate GPU would be more ideal or some type of All in one card. Thanks for any input.

Im not sure if that one has HD out? I'm getting really over whelmed with all the selection I have. I dont want to end up spending $400 for a dual tuner card and a GPU that can play HD out. I think im going to have to just settle for a cheap all in wonder to make my budget.
Originally I wanted to re-place my DVR, but the more research im doing it seems its not possible with a budget HTPC rig like the one I wanted to build. not unless im ready to get a nice dual tuner card, good GPU that can do HD out, and PCI-e MB. My budget is like $400 for every thing. :(
