8800GTS problems

i got a 8800GTS 320mb and when i OC using ATI tool 0.27 i get it to something like 580/900 and it makes a squealing sound anything wrong?
and also when i played Rise of Legends, at the starting screen the screen is flickering whats wrong there? drivers?

using 97.92 drivers and the hardware is P5B-Deluxe/Wifi-Ap, Crucial Ballistix 2GB(1GBx2) running at 4-4-4-12 880Mhz 2.2v(still fiddling with this speed), E6400 running at 3.52Ghz 440FSBx8
