Built By Ati, X800XL, 256MB, AGP, made in Canada (sample card, not for sale) so it's not standard X800XL card.
Anyway, everything's fine with stock cooling. But when I try to watercool it the card starts throttling and all 3dmark scores drop significantly.
Is BIOS flashing the solution for this? If it is, please tell me which bios to use.
