Any news on this old idea?
Nvidia has some news on this one,that was long time ago..
As i understant it Gpu its more powerfull then any of cpus :slap:

GPUs are not x86 compliant, they may be more powerful in some ways but would suck as CPUs. Their architecture is totally different.

Yea there may be some drivers to be made to make acess gpu

I remember some surse: They say gpu for audio editing/making audio

hence.. ATI cards that do folding@home...
speed wise. a gpu like ex. 88gtx

blows out any cpu calculations wise and bandwidth.

think about it..
