Looks like a good price but all the reviews I can find are about a year old. In this review:

It shows them with Micron D9GKX, at $230 at NewEgg that seems like a great deal but I wonder if they are still using D9GKX at that price?
The interesting back story on these Firestix modules is that the Buffalo engineers veered away from the standard JEDEC design, and instead relied on the talents of Kazuyoshi Tsukada to develop the PCB trace layout. Kazuyoshi-san has been recognized by JEDEC for PCB design, and now heads the Melco Inc. PCB design team.
BTW, I didn't come up with anything by entering the model number in the search here but I did find a bunch of posts just now after searching for "Buffalo Firestix" people seem to have mixed feelings about these.
