WTF? Geil USA vs Geil TW.

Can anyone explain me what is the difference? I bought Geil GX21GB8500PDC as a Plus-model in Ukraine, like this: http://www.geil.com.tw/products/show/id/70. But what are there on USA-site? Plus (http://www.geilusa.com/products/show/id/70) and non-Plus (http://www.geilusa.com/products/show/id/108)... And one more question: why real tw-models are on the Micron GCT and us on the GMH (as I heard in tech support)? Whom I should belive and how can I check from what country I bought this memory? Everest says this is usa memory :(

One more question: Should I shrug off that stikers on heatspreaders says that this memory from Taiwan? ...so what I should believe? Stikers or SPD?

BTW: Are any geil representative on XS?
