AQUAMARK 3 issue

I am having an issue with AM3. The program runs through the benchmark fine but when it gets to the end where the score shows up. It just sits on a black screen and then brings up the error as depicted below. BTW, I have an ATI x1950 XTX

Any ideas out there you guru's ?

You need to overwrite a dll file with the latest version.
Extract the attached dll file at Program Files\Aquamark3

Not really. i get the same error with my 7800gtx and 8800gts and 8800gtx ive tried. I think its just newer tech cards that needs this
