Been trying to get this 2x512 Buffalo Firestix kit to push past 900 without much luck. As far as I've read, they're supposed to be D9 just like the 2x1 kit (on the way). I've tried loosening and adding volts to no avail, and yes I'm running 2t. If their bigger brothers scream past them, I'm gonna chuck them on the FS section. Let me know your experiences.

http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/ will show you what's on the various kits, I'd wager you have D9GMH, just find the SKU on the package and compare. My PC2-8000 2GB kit maxes at 1080MHz but that is a mobo limitation I believe, 1:1 and 2:3 both max there with all my D9 sticks. (4 gigs of crucial, 2 gigs of buffalo)

If they werent D9 I'm sure i woldnt be able to run even 900 at 4-4-4-12. I'm wondering, if this is the best I can get out of them, maybe I'm better off at stock 800 speeds at 1t. I got the 2 gig kit coming this week, if they fly past the ones I have now it may be time to sell them. Its hard to tell though, maybe its this 650i board.

I got my ProMOS based OCZ to 900 4-4-4-15, and 1046 5-5-5-15 (both 2.1V). If your BIOS has the option, try setting the on die termination (ODT) manually to 50 ohms. That netted me another 38MHz at CAS5, from 490 to 528.

keep 1T, it doesnt help your overclock at all. but memory performance is a lot better at 1T
