Ok Guys you saw that cheap cardboard thingy I made Here (http://xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2084027&postcount=3260). Now im gonna try make a professional looking one

Heres my plan (Ill try sketch it out later)

Ok About the size of an average phase change unit, about 7" High

6 120mm fan holes (3 on each side)

Body made out of clear black acrylic and the bottom 1.5" made out of Crystal clear acrylic (this will be the res)

Pump situated near the back pumping into the radiator which will go into the blocks then into the res)

I will be using a D5 pump and my BIP360 like in the waterbox I already made

SO, Do you think its possible ?? Will I need metal retention brackets to keep it from breaking ?

BTW I Might have somebody make it for me casue I have no experience tools or space so if you think you can do it send me a PM

Whoa that'd be pretty scary, I'd use multiple layers of acrylic on the bottom, and extra glue!

Do the res inside a box, so make a box on the bottom which is super soild. Then do the res within that, this way it'll be stronger and safer. Just don't have the res surporting the upper weight

10mm lexan be cool

I'd use double 0.2" layers glued together ;) Double layered is stronger. Like Pete said ya that's a good idea. So in the end it'll be a super thick acrylic chunk at the bottom. Good luck! A warning: all that acrylic will be expensive.

Oh if you used the metal frame work, the right ankled sectione stiff with nicesize dome bolts all highly polished so crome looking i think that will look dam cool!

Fact get it all built and then get the stuff chrome plate/electro plated

I want to do this but with a Vapo LS box..if i can ever get one!

I agree, cuttings 6 sheets of metal and connecting them together would be a lot easier as you can get the right connectors at any hardware shop, and it will be stronger (easier to re-enforce metal than acrylic imo)

Put the res at the top. Make your life easier when your bleeding the air.
