Both kits you listed are identical except that the one with extra 'N' is SLI ready , those kits use Elpida so don't expect series overclocking around 450MHZ 4-4-4-12 with 2.1-2.2V and for the voltage warranty i am not sure about it , the data sheet says it is rated @ 2.0V
Edit : if you are buying from the egg , i will take this kit instead

Regarding the warranty and the max. voltage, I am still unsure. 2.0 V, maybe?

Honestly i don't know , they say that they don't recommend overclocking so may be it is just 2.0V
