Guys!
Here it is.
Asus has created something nice for their P4P800 series motherboards.
They call it "Hyper Path". It is their version of PAT.

No offense Manoj, but is that a goof? A four page pdf file, which says nothing? I mean where's the technological description?

Sorry i wasn't directing the remark personally towards you. I was just expecting this in-depth techincal breakdown of the "software/hardware" as one usually finds if the manufactuer goes to the trouble of creating a colorful pdf file?
It looks like they just cooked that term up, because they got called out on the 'we enabled PAT!' BS.
In any event, OPP proved that whatever advantage the P4P had at stock disappeared when overclocked. So I'd call 'Hyper Path' NOT equal to PAT.
Get an 875P.

No wonder there were no details. if there were they'd basically half to admit they had "partially" enabled PAT through a BIOS release. So hwat do you think guy, I ordered the Abit IS7 is that bad a board? I thought is pretty good if your on a budget? I already sent Newegg a Postal Money Order, and pretty much screwed anyway, because had I know the Abit no-frills 875 version was only $142. But on my budget I can't even squeak that out.
