OCZ Gold Dual Channel or 2 sticks of Twinmos pc3700?

OK im goin to upgrade my memory. Which would be better if i want relaxed timings and highest OC on a Abit IC7-G. MY options are OCZ GOld PC3700 dual channel 2x256mb or 2x256mb of Twinmos PC3700.

I would say the OCZ looks best, but the twin is cheaper and not too far off.
