Hi, im just have a simple question, What is the best driver for nforce 2? i have the latest driver. But i have read somewhere that it slowed down performance to 30%.

30%? not that i know... it just contains a faulty sata driver i think

the one before the latest got out is the best afaik

Ok i have installed the 2.03 drivers and now i can to like 5fsb higher. And my sandra mem bandwidth is 100 to 150mb/s higher.

the 2.41s have caused a lot of problems for people, personally i cant tell the difference...both work fine for me

Don't install the IDE driver, IDE driver will hang your system for a period of time at startup and shutdown...

2.03 are fine as with the 2.41's minus the IDE driver(2.42's in reality)

i guess i'll have to try uninstalling my IDE driver.

does that problem affect your system if you aren't booting from an IDE device?
