Has anyone at CeBIT asked any questions about this memory I'm just wondering is it higher binned or just looser timings for a faster speed rating?

Cellshock´s 1000 C4 are very well binned already (mine can do those timmings/frequency at same volts stable) so it could be a matter of just looser timmings.
I like the red heatspreader BTW :D

Yeah but that doesn't tell me much about the binning nor the subtimings. In fact the only thing different is the voltage - hence my suspicion that not much apart from the heatspreaders has changed.

even from high quality RAM it's hard to bin some RAM to 1200MHz... So my guess would be that they will actually be more expensive then the PC1000 4-4-4.
BTW, don't confuse overclocking and binning. Binning needs to be precise and constant, and within safe range. Overcloking is not precise nor constant and can be in dangerous range.
1200 5-5-5 2.2-2.4V on 680i is easy :)
However, if they get that on 965 or 975 that might be more interesting :p:

2.4v for 1200 5-5-5-5 is kinda much. 2.25v is about right ;)

It doesn't even make it... And it's overclock.. not binning... so... ummmm...

this only 2.1V not (2.2-2.4V) and EnJoY was limited by his Mobo
That's why they can't guarantee 1200 on 965/975, some mbs have limit or might need too much NB volts
My CS pc8000 4-4-4 can do 1200 5-5-4 ~2.35 stable on 650i (same as 680i)

So by the looks of things these could well be just re-badged PC2-8000 sticks then?
*sigh*

2.3 to 2.4 is much saver for the Producer
@ #1:
have you ever seen am RAM with infos of the Subtimings???
Alex form Cellshock says to me that they have some problems with the chinees developer of the new Red HS, and so the Modules cames out in the next few weeks.

HS were delayed because of chinese new year - give us some time and you´ll find the finished ones ;)
We will test them on 965 and i680 before release to the market. Binning and testing here is much more time and therefor also cost intensive so for sure they will be more expensive than the 1000C4.

Indeed I have as have alot of people here who have dabbled with SPD tools or A64 tweaker ;)

I always suspected they'd be more expensive, but am I to assume these will therefore be the cream of the 1000C4 crop or not?
