I just want to expand my knowledge a bit, so can anyone tell me what is a water chiller? What is needed to build one?

A water chiller chills the water used in normal water cooling down to sud ambiant temps. A phase change unit cools the water. Parts would be a compressor. condensor, evaporator, filter dryer, copper tubing, and gas.
