I'm looking for some cheap OC memory, and came across the G.Skill NR and PK series.

The PK is a bit more expensive than the NR, but is it worth it?
Cant seem to find any reviews of the NR.

Anyone testet one of the two, or maby both?

The PK's are Promos, not sure what the NR's are Aeneon/Elpida most likely, so I'd go with the PK's. You might be able to get some PC5300 Ballistix (D9GMH) for not much more depending on where you live.

I don't think anyone can guarantee that except those who work for G.Skill.

not sure whether all of the chips are the Fabled D9GMH chips, but mine are, even if they aren't they are still brilliant chips, just remember they need more voltage (2.2-2.4 for good clocks) and has seen 3-2-2-8 667mhz, if all of the chips are D9GMH, 5-5-5-18 1200mhz shouldn't be hard to reach."

Looks lige D9GMH, dosent it?
They were sold on 3 Mar, 07, so there must be a great chance that the last 7 pair's are D9GMH too.

well anyway i've tried the NR and they really suck so just take it off ur list.

They wouldn't even go to 900mhz which is sad cuz i've seen $85 sticks even beat that.

Yeah, all ballistix are micron D9. Crucial is a division of micron that's why you can get them so cheap (comparatively at least).
