Wow a dual mobo with 2 xeons.. How is this news on the computing forefront?

Not to mention they will need to revamp the os cause OSX realy doesn't scale well at all.

we at the WCG section have many guys with dual clovertown rigs. it's nothing special they just put it in a white box and notched the price up 2k and put a fruit on the front along with there slow operating system. but on a positive note it should increase the recognition of 8 core rigs

I can order an 8 core PC off of Dell's website right now. I don't know what that many cores will do for you.

about the only useful thing that many cores is good for is folding ;)
