I was thinking of making a cascade system but i want to know what would be better a cascade system or a use one of my units as a direct die and the other to chill water that will cool my NB/GPU

Well...why not have both? I bought Bowmans old cooler and it has both direct die for cpu and a cascade for chilled fluid to cool NB,SB and GPU. Here is a link to an article decribing what he did.
