help flashing DDR2 spd...which pins to mask?

hello.

i have 1 dead stick of ddr2-800 micron d9gmh here...
i also have an apprpriate spd file and the flashing software.
unfortunately i can't get this stick to fire up in any mobo so far.

i even tried masking all but the 4 pins

i left some pins uncovered and taped over all the rest.
still didn't boot.
these are the ones i left clear...120, 119, 118, 117....240, 239, 238, 237

so is there someone here who knows which pins i should leave uncovered in order to boot flash succesfully?
