Which GPU maker has a better RMA , Customer support , Reliability
Cards Made by HIS ( link here ) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814161038) Or ATI ( link here ) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814195024)
Also: Also: Is there a difference between the HIS X1950 CFE card & The X1950XTX ???
Can I run a Crossfire Mastercard alone ( With out runing a Crossfire Slave card at the same time ? )
In other words run just a Crossmaster Master card by it self.
i personally prefer HiS for their nice stock Arctic silencer cooling

RMA w/ ATI has been easiest for me, and fastest. HIS is just as good, but due to my locale, RMA's take a wee bit longer. Customer service from either is pretty good, but it must be had via telephone and not online for HIS(although this was some time ago for me), while ATI's online RMA procedures work quite well. I have had many tickets sent into ATI and not one has gone unanswered, whereas I have had issue jsut getting a response from some.
ATI is now AMD too, so service MUST be top-notch. AMD cannot afford bad publicity because of issues such as warranty returns at this point, so this is something to keep in mind as well. It's always good to take advantage of a company's position in the market!

there are so many good brands..the best thing to do is look to their warranty...they seem to be different with every brand....

Go for X1950XT...the XTX is slower than the GTS and higher in price...the X1950XT is the better deal.

Certainly.
Really  now there is something I didn't know. I thought that you had to have a slave in order to run a master card.
THat is neat that you can just run a CFE card by it self and not have a CFE slave card there.

Is it true that Sapphire is such a pain for RMA?
i heard thy are really picky when it comes to that and that they reject quite a few RMA's

I've heard that you have to pay Sapphire to fix your card because of shipping. They make you pay shipping both ways to Taiwan or something like that.
