Has anybody, who has ordered something from Jin and not recieved it yet, recieved a reply to any email or PM sent to him?
After reading his post, I've sent two emails nicely asking for an update on my order I placed in Oct/Nov and was scheduled to be delivered in late Jan. I've been more than patient and I understand the problems he's having now, but a simple reply from him stating my order status would be apprectiated.
I'm curious if anyone else has been waiting longer for their unit than I have and if they've had any luck in getting a response from him.

It is very hard to get intouch with him and I have spoken with him a few times now in the last month. Jin is trying his best to get caught back up.He is not trying to screw anyone over just having a real hard time at the moment. We all want our orders but we also need to understand there are going to be delays. Jin will take care of everyone. It is taking so much of his time to catch orders up that he has had to cut back his time at the pc to keep orders progressing. As I said in the other thread I feel we just need to have a little more patience and things will work out.

This same type of stuation happened with Chilly1 and he did not screw anyone over. You dont have to be scaired you're not getting your system, just very very patient by the looks of things.

I don't think he's going to "screw" me, but hell, he could probably answer all of his customers emails in a couple of hours. Wouldn't take much, just a simple "I'm very busy but you will have yours in about a month" and I'm a happy camper.

And how much work could he have gotten done in those few hours? He is probably bustin ass trying to get things done because people would complain even more if he took a few hours every day to answer emails.
Now if people keep this up then he will probably push himself harder like Chilly did and end up getting sick and be on bedrest for a few weeks.
And where would that get anyone?

I sell and service multiples of any builder here, and not 1 day go's by a customer phone call or email go's un-answered or not returned.
Their is very little excuses not to answer. I bet when you were asking questions before full payment was sent ,everyone got answered.....

chilly is twice his age and was in a different situation.
you can't spend someone else's money before you earn it or you have no money left for for parts. now that would make me sick worrying where the money was going to come from.
I would pay no more than half,if they claim it cost more, let them fund it out of their pocket or find a builder that will.
Every time some falls behind, they are "sick" hell one guy even died @ least in this life time then took up rocketry in his next life time. You can't take someones money in advance ,buy all the neat tools you would love to have ,then think your one of the few on this earth that can build one of these "simple systems". So buy hotel room and travel to Vegas and other electronics shows on someone else's dime.
It's not your money till the customer has there item and is satisfied. It's not yours to spend as you like the day the check arrives. Then the complaints roll in ,order stop ,and all a sudden so does the money, then no money to buy part for previous orders.
I sure this applies to more than a few guys who's demise we seen.
And definitely not to those who complete orders on time or stop taking order they don't have the time fill.
In my opinion NO one should send full Payment until your unit is photoed and your satisfied its completed to order.
remember most business fail within a few years.... You can't count on a new business to survive, so count on your common sense .Since it is your money.

#1 priority - Jin is looking after Jin
#2 priority - catching up on orders
I do agree with walt tho, paying full payment before completions is foolish.
I'm sure Jin will get back to you when he can.
If people keep pushing him he will get more stressed, try to work harder and/or longer to try to keep people happy. Then he will burn out and/or make a costly mistake he wouldn't have normaly.

Lets just hope he catches up on his work without making himself sick. Some people take on a lot because they may have a laid back work schedule only to get hammered at work limiting their time for their "other" job. I'm pretty sure he won't just take people's money and run. Some people care about reputation more than money.

Sorry for not keeping in touch Goatboy :)
Your unit is nearing completion. I thought I have responded back but it must have slipped somewhere.
Drop me a message on jinwpark@vapoli.com when you get a chance on more detail.
Sincerely, Jin
PS) Guys, I am really having hard time keeping things in track right now. E-mail would be preferred method to contact right now and thanks RunMC for letting me know of this. I wasn't aware at all.

im with walt.... doesn't take more then a minute to respond to someone.
in any business customer relations is #1 priority. Even more important than product.
No offense to jinu, it's not easy... and you are a great builder. But you should have called goatboy as soon as you saw this thread IMO.
Anyways, not looking to offend anyone, so i'll try not to post in this thread anymore.
edit - goatboy, try emailing sales@vapoli.com, it says he responds in 24 hours on that email account.
