i think that the max stable oc potential of each chipset is part of its draw as a platform. therefore, the benchmarks show the total system potential.

however, pcci2iminal, do you have any showing the performance at the same clocks to see if there is an advantage to a particular chipset for sli?

And in 03, even when the 975 board is lower clocked, it "wins"..

Somehow I think DQ-6 is not a good choice for 965. Asus p5b dlx is better - when I compared DS3 vs p5b dlx, asus beat it easily especially with 1066 strap
