I going to buy a new 256 stick of memory and and dont really know if I should go for CH-5 och BH-5 chips. I got a 256 twinmos BH-5 stick right now doing 220 2-6-2-2 @ 2.9 and i dont want to get a stick thats isn't that good.

So witch one shall I get? CH-5 och BH-5. Right now it's leaning on the BH-5 chips because i've heard that the CH-5 dont like good timings...

go for the bh5 if you want tight timings and ch5 if you want high fsb.. both need to be burned in before they become very good (mad actually :D)
