Nice FSB, please try with one mem. module and tham do max FSB.
IO have to test 3 diferente GA Mb, and all 3 need more vcore than P5B DLX, is the same think with this MB.

is default mp 10 so much slower?
You run mp 9 for high mhz and 7 for max fsb. i can understand 7 for max fsb testing, but why 9 for max mhz?
what is the max benchable fsb at mp 10?
PcCI2iminal
03-07-2007, 07:59 AM
the max clock for 3d benchs on air is 4ghz -> 10 x 400 or 9 x 444 (8x500->impossible)
i used 9 x 444 cz it gave me a better bandwidth
10 x 400

thanx for this info.
qx6700 seems to have same problem as e6700, high mp just doesn't want to help in high mhz. e6600 is much better in this respect.
Some x6800 really like high mp, but some don't.
Your qx6700 must be pretty good.
Still interesting that you get 400x10 bench (3d even) stable, nice work!
QX6700 over 4ghz is very nice.
This is still all under air cooling?
respect.

i don`t think that rev 1.0 can handle a hughe FSB like rev 3.3

nah ,the sink was a Scythe Infinity with two SanAces 104CFM

sorry man but i don`t know cz i only got a Rev 3.3,i have played with rev 1.0 a few months ago with C2D and i have no more for rev 3.3 vs rev 1.0 comparison :(
P965 is the only chipset with can easy handle 450FSB for 24/7 and rev 1.0 is not a bad rev of DQ-6
do you got a DQ-6 rev 1.0 or you are gonna buy one?

Here's a Rev 2.0 with an E6600
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=184656
See sig for exact settings, though i have tested at 438x8. CPU-Z shows 6x426 but i have EIST and C1E enabled and as such it drops the multi down when not in heavy CPU usage.
