100% TAT

I'm running dual prime95 for 2 hours now, no problem so far. The temp now is Tcase/Tjunction 42,42/57,56 (core temp/TAT)
I have couple questions
1. Why in cpuz display processor code name is Conroe but in core temp shows processor as Allendale?
2. Speed fan show that Vcore 1: 1.28v, Vcore 2: 1.86v is that normal?
3. Please make suggestion so I can OC to 2.8 GHZ.
My goal is to run the system stable in the long run because I will use the computer avg 10 hours/day.
Thanks for your suggestion.
