which one of the listed headphones

hi all

planning to buy a headphone but with very limited budget

i found those two headphones listed below and they both are priced nearly the same

which one will be better ??

i wear glasses so most of the headphones is not very comfortable in using for a long time

[1] SENNHEISER DJs HD202

OR

[2] SONY MDR-XD200

or can u find me something better in the same price range ???

I got those sony headphones. great BASS reproduction, suitable highs, decent mids...actually very happy with them for the minor price I paid for them. I use them for movie/music/games when my kids are in bed.
