Are those the Galaxy or the Palit cards ?

Palit.

What probes are those? How come so little difference between idle and load?

This is evaps temps.
I use very very short cap tubes for such conditions... and SS for CPU is charged with R410A, and SLi phase-change with R502.
Evap temps on air is -44C for CPU, and -40C on GPU evaps.

Now I don't remember what there was a temperature with 7300, but I have screen with 7600:
http://img105.imageshack.us/img105/8707/rttempsol8.th.gif (http://img105.imageshack.us/my.php?image=rttempsol8.gif)
With 7300 temperature was lower.

Nice scores, but I was expecting more with that kinda cooling :/
Guess Iw as kinda lucky with my cards being able to run 950mhz with 1.6V on air.
The memory OC is great for "stock" vmem.

I know about your wonderful cards :)
Do you have any results with this single / SLi cards in 05Mark on such GPUs frequencies?
I saw your results in ORB but there there is no information about frequencies.
I know a lot of people who tried to OC 7300 and all received approximately identical results for A2 GPU revision - max 800MHz at 1.7V on air.

Excellent work :toast: Finally took down TheStilt's long time 13k score on older build of 05.
Looking forward to your 03 and 2001 scores, should be very impressive indeed. :)

I havent published my runs witn 950Mhz+, because I was still waiting for the ram someone sent me in october, but as it is still not here, I am getting the impression it got lost on the way :/
Single card results with all information are posted here:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=111799&page=3
SLi results here:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=112886
Those were with 1.5V.
I guess I will run them on 1.8V, though I only have 1gb single channel ram. Wont result in the best possible scores, but oh well.
What I noticed that is doesnt make much of a change above 1.6V.

Low end cards now surpassing older high end cards ( with the help of Conroe powwaa )
What's the highest performing cards you have at the moment Sam? 7800? 7900? 8800 ? Any testing to come ?

Now have remained only 7600GT,
I'll be back with them and I shall try to push GPUs up to 950Mhz - 1Ghz. :D
Now I know a little secret for great OCing. :D
And in one month I plan to try any of 8800.

I think a lot of people including myself, big Sam and Fr3ak are now awaiting the 8XXX midrange series. I think I might go for the 8300GS or 8400GS and try and find some with GDDR3, they are bound to be bandwidth limited on DDR2. Searching out the gems is half the fun at this level.
I need another motherboard as well as my EVGA died , can't RMA it as it was my dodgy VDIMM mod that killed it :D
Luckily it looks like Oskar Woo has timed it's demise well and might a nice 680i board for me to buy soon. :)
air cooled X6800 @4Ghz
DFI 680
air cooled 8300GS SLI with gpu mods
The coldest April in living memory thanks to Global Cooling.
Sounds like an A-team style plan

I learned a lot from Pedro, Hipro, Shamino and the other guys, so I hope I will be more competitive this time.
I might bench Galaxy cards this time ;)
So we are going the GS way this time? Thought we would get the GTs.
Might be benching booth in the end, but I dunno when I will be able to affort a SLI board.

Benching all would be great. I normally nowadays bench the cheapest first and then by the time I get around to the midrange hopefully they will be down in price. I'm still looking for 80nm 7600GT but so few in the UK apart from the XXX Fatal1ty one which maybe 80nm....

Ok, I just have to get 300€ for a SLi board, 200€ for the cards, 100€ for 1gb of ram and 800€ for a x6800 out if nowhere and I am ready to go.
