Copying selected files to new pc

I am finishing up my first build. I need to copy my email, favorites, passwords, and documents from the old computer to the new one (so they will be on both while I test and burn in the new one). What is the easiest way to do this?

install the drivers for the new mobo into the old hard drive and move the drive into your computer

I'm not planning on moving the old drive over to the new pc. Any other suggestions?

XP has a program/utility for transferring data, e-mail, mydocuments, etc. to a new pc; I can't remember the name, but google: migrate xp files, and you should find your answer.
