Alrighty, I finally broke down and bought an MX Revolution Mouse. I love the feel of it, I am able to game alot longer because I don't have to "grip" the mouse. The only beef I've had with it so far is the fact that 98% of the time it works as it should, but that other 2% (mostly seen in UT2004) it will hang for a split second, almost like it goes to sleep and wakes back up, now if you know UT, you know that your mouse generally doesn't stop moving, so I ruled out it going to sleep, this is MY first wireless mouse but I've worked for hours with my cousin's MX1000, and I didn't have this, any ideas guys? Are there any household electronics that can interfere with the mouse's connection? BTW I have it on a simple green fabric mouse pad. I bought it at a store for 80$, I have 90 days till the warranty expires, so if I get real pissed off at it I might just return it.

I have the same problem with my MX1000 now that my gf has a laptop nearby with a cordless mouse. Hitting the "reset" button underneath my mouse reconnects it and the problem goes away.

It starts the moment she moves her mouse, and stops when she does so I singled out the problem quickly.

So yes, its likely there could be interference. Try resetting it?

Well, It'd be much much easier to do that on this dang mouse if Logitech didn't complicate the crap out of reconnecting the mouse, there's no reconnect button, anywhere. I liked the MX1000's satellite that the mouse connected to, the MX Rev's satellite doesn't do anything but charge the mouse, the concept behind the MX Revolution's connection design just blows when compared to the MX1000's. Too bad they replaced the MX1000's with the Rev's.
