Kds Lcd

Are the KDS lcd's good monitors? I owned a kds crt awhile back and was happy with it. I was looking at getting either the sceptre x22wg gamer or this kds monitor:

I would recommend staying away from KDS, they use poor quality components on the internal boards and don't last very long. The ones we had at work had a very high failure rate, I would venture to guess at least 25% died within a year or so.
