I think it will be better to drop the Zalman cooling and with the money get 7900GS and 965 based motherboard + Frezeer 7 pro to cool the CPU

WTF happened to the freezer, that thing used to cost 30$ month ago give me 10 min to find it somewhere else
One more question are you planning to overclock the CPU
And you might pick the Gigabyte 7900GS that come with Zalamn VF700 already now need to void you warranty
