The memory in question is a set of F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX I picked up for another system and have been testing in an oc’ed system that was running F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX. The settings for this system were not changed as I thought the timings were the same. As it turns out they aren’t but very close.
The System:
Enermax EG465P-VEFCA 450W
ABIT NF7-S rev2
AMD Sempron 3000+ @ 2.4 GHz
PNY 6800GT
testing 2 x 1024 F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX
ASUS 52X CD-ROM
TDK Indi DVD+880 DVD+RW
80Gb Maxtor DiamondMax9 7200 IDE
160Gb Maxtor DiamondMax9 7200 IDE
160Gb Maxtor DiamondMax9 7200 SATA
MS Windows XP Pro w/SP2
The Settings:
Frequency – 2400(200x12.0)
CPU - External Clock - 200 MHz
CPU - Multiplier Factor – x12.0
CPU FSB/Dram ratio – 6/6 (400 MHz)
CPU Core Voltage – 1.775v
DDR SDRAM Voltage – 2.70v
- Row-active delay - 6
- RAS-to-CAS delay - 3
- Row-precharge delay - 3
- CAS Latency Time – 2
I have tried VDimm at 2.6, 2.7, & 2.7 as well as several vairations of the timings. The sticks will not go beyond 184 (2 errors in test #5) as it will have numerous errors in test #5.
Suggestions? Also these were picked up "second hand" and I do not have a receipt.
