I see some differences like 1000:1 and such. But whats the monitor i should get out of these too? What better and can you explain the differences?

The one on the right has a slightly better viewing angle. As a side note, a monitor is definitely something I would NOT skimp on. Just make sure to do some research and from sources other than just Newegg customer reviews...
and more display colors. thats pretty much it. a lot of companies throw "gamer" in the name along with a few tweaks in order to charge more of pretty much the same product.

Well the GAMER version has the better specs except for the contrast
