P5W DH - enabling onboard sound?

I'm fed up trying to get my Emu 0404 working with games so I want to get the onboard sound going

Problem is I can't figure out how/where to do it. I've looked in sound devices & enabled HD Audio in bios??? Do I have to install audio codecs - I'm sure I would have done that when I first set up PC

Any suggestions?

there are drivers on the asus website

Got them off the site - the drivers on the CD wouldn't install - some windows bus driver issue

It's kind of a complicated my setup though. I have to physically unplug the speakers from the Emu soundcard and plug into onboard output whenever I want to use onboard sound

Would it be possible to route the onboard through the Emu Soundcard outputs somehow -
