i have a raidmax ninja psu, which i got with my old raidmax case its a 540W i had lying around, and i was wondering if it would be enough to power a P5B-Deluxe mobo, E6400, 2gb crucial ballistix and a 8800GTS? or would i need more? and if so what around ~$100 would be up to the job? thanks.

Stay away from raidmax.
If you are low on budget, grab this

Xclio is another brand worth looking at

520w raidmax vs an 8800GTX, something tells me that it would overload the PSU and the raidmax would dump about 240w into your 8800gtx and instantly fry it

what about a Silverstone Zeus ST56ZF 560W (Single +12V Rail @ 38A) SLI Power Supply

or what about the Thermaltake ToughPower 650W ATX2.2 + EPS, and the Thermaltake ToughPower 600W ATX2.2 + EPS? would both of those be enough? thanks.

I don't think 520w is going to cut it. I don't even think that could boot your system.

Maybe look at an OCZ 600. At the very least get a quad rail psu.

a good 520w would boot and run my system, i was just checking to see if this one was any good or not. and to my knowledge now, it sucks.
