ok where to start.
well the promblem all started when i bought another 7900gtx to run in sli..
then i started getting this horiable popping noise thought it was a promblem with the install so reformated and its still there..i was using a x-fi xtrememusic card..did a quick web search found out that creative cards dont do to good on nforce mobo,s so then bought a bluegears card, reformate
install all the latest drivers, install afew games..play 2142 and the card wasnt as bad as the x-fi but it still was making a small skiping noises. and i could hear small distortion noises also..so went to the local compusa and got a audigy 4 plug it in and work find for the moment but i just waiting to hear go snap crackle pop..
im just wondering if there was a way to fix this promblem with the cards?
heres the setup
maybe doing some tweaking in the bios? im not to familer with changing irq or anything to that nature..
