Can't register at [cTx] website

I've been trying to just register at www.clanteamxtreme.com for the past few days. It keeps giving me an "invalid email" error. I've tried 2 different .edu emails as well as my gmail.

I've tried with different internet browsers and on different computers with different internet connections.

I'd really appreciate some help as I'd like to look more into the [cTx] forums.

I wasn't able to sign up either. It would accept all the info, but never sent the conformation email.
