I spoke to a person named "Quoc" just now, and even though I wasn't buying my W/Cing setup right now, he is more then willing to help with any questions I have no matter how much of his time is needed! . I also called them about 3 weeks ago inquiring about certain CPU blocks and which ones he recommends, and it is unbelievable the level of customer service www.shoppts.com offers. They "Quoc" have my business for ever. I give them a  for their A++ service. Thanks guys.........

I also received a handwritten note from him with my first order last month. The personal touch along with the great customer service has made me a loyal customer!
I've actually met both Quoc and Alex aka "Petra" in person. They are both awesome guys. They've spent a lot of time with me explaining the in's and out's of watercooling, and I THANK them for saving me from a lot of grief...potential mistakes.

Forget the handwriting and remember the heart that took the time to write it!:D

If Petra's has what it is I need, it's them I order it from. If it's a few dollars more, it doesn't really matter, because I know that if there's any problem what so ever with it, they will do everything they can to help me out with it.
Hence the 6 or 7 orders I've placed with them so far.

Indeed.
Their "personal touch" makes them "unique"
and awesome to deal with.
This is kinda contradictory, but I hope they
never expand, but make lots of mula / become even more
successful :D

Yep.. I got my first package from Petra's shop a few days ago. Had the hand written note and a pen... Now whenever I need a new pen it's time to order something from Petra's shop ^ - ^
Unless that was just a first time thing.. Either way, I will be using that site again. If not tonight, tomorrow. I have a few more things I need to buy

Petra,
do you think you'll be getting in more DDC-2+top combos in around the same time as the EK 8800GTX waterblocks? I'm about ready to buy all my watercooling stuff. ;)

Since the release of the FuZion and Apogee GT, Quoc has been inundated with international shipping requests. Give him a little time, he'll get to you (also keep in mind that he actually packs each international request before sending off shipping quotes and payment instructions, so it does take quite some time).

I am staying patient :)
Thanks for the reassurance.

Yes from what I've heard they will have my business...
Waiting patiently to place my order once the Swiftech MCR-220s and Laing D5 pumps are back in stock. :yepp:

That pump is out of stock at a few places. I'm beginning to wonder if there is some sort of supply problem. Its also on special at Jab-Tech. I think new ones are coming!

Petra,
Do you have an ETA on the AquaXtreme High Flow G 3/8" Thread X 1/2" OD fittings yet? I have a PA120.3 waiting for some fittings :)
I've checked every shop online and short of importing fittings directly from Thermochill nobody has them in stock!
Thanks!

Currently, Swiftech doesn't have any more MCR220's that they can send to us and they weren't able to give us an ETA... but the D5 pumps are in stock. Granted, we do have a few MCR220's left in stock; however, they are all reserved for our kits (since I just updated them).

We've had them on order for the past two weeks or so... Hopefully they'll arrive by the end of next week.

I didn't want to make a new thread, so I'll say it here...you know that large heatsink? The erm....43mm x 43mm or whatever...the thermal stuff on the bottom, is that a tape or a pad that turns into goop? If it's a tape, I might use it on the bottom of my DDC, and just sit that on the gel...

The Large BabySink has white thermal tape applied to the bottom, not a paraffin wax pad.

Petra,
Thanks for the updated ETA. I will keep an eye on the site and pick up a couple of them when you get them back in stock.
