Recently purchased a Fuzion that arrived damaged:mad: The copper base had a substantial "ding" on the edge of the block. Emailed D-Tek they asked if they could call me to set up a replacement and since no contact. I have emailed them twice since and have had no contact for several days. Anyone have a number for them as the email route isn't really working because I am sitting on a bum Fuzion.

Do they not have a phone number on the website?

Man that sucks. Who did you buy the block from? Did you order straight from D-Tek?

They hide behind a shield of e-mail addresses and their phone number is not shown anywhere on their store web site.

Phone: (951) 541-9672

Say a friendly hello to them :) When they ask how you got their phone number, tell them that you have your ways :)

Now.. Just compare that level of service to Swiftech's !

How can there be a ding in the base? Its incredulous to hear that.

Hmmm. I see they've only had two feedbacks in the last two years on resellerratings.com.

Perhaps it's time to add to that number as it typically gets their attention.

Did it get damaged through shipping or looks like it came like that? I guess i got lucky ordering direct, no problems here. But now that petra's got them, I would get it from there instead.

It really seems too substantial to have happened during shipping. The "ding" is on the edge of one of the sides and actually left a slightly raised ridge. To be honest it would not be very easy to spot if you were packing it up for shipping because it is on one of the edges of the copper base. The packaging was also very good so again I dont think it occured during shipping......just my opinion.

OK........Got the call today from D-Tek and they completely resolved the problem. Paying for return shipping and cross shipping a new highly inspected block to me ASAP. Very nice and appoligized for the delay. In my opinion completely resolved the issue and I am a satisfied customer.

D-Tek (Support) [ordersupport@dtekcustoms.com]

that is danny's email, last week he and I were emailing back and forth and he was pretty prompt...

btw I'm sure he's real busy with the high demand...

Hi Hassan,

Orders can take 2-3 days to process depending on stock and order volume. Right now order volume is insane. We are geared more for manufacturing than for retail and hence why we are bringing on many more resellers to better suit the customers needs.

Thanks,
