DownFlashing GA-P965-DS3 Bios

Is there anything special I need to do to downgrade/flash my DS3's bios from F8A to F7?

Because I accidentally updated to F8A before really checking to see how well F7 overclocked.

So, what do I do?

you take the old flash file and you flash it again... its about as simple as that
