I have this extra case fan lying around.

I will be modding my case in some form or fashion tommorow. Here is my case.
I am debating whether to drill new holes in the side to fit this fan to the side duct in front of the dust shield, or install it in the 5.25" drive bay area that is unused (only 1 DVD-R drive)
Either way it will be used as an intake. I want to lower my case temps, obviously, as well as make sure that I have positive pressure.
I will work on this tommorow (off work w00t!), and I am leaning toward the fron of the case.
Also, I may be adding a dryer hose the CPU as well.
I currently have the following case cooling:

Intake:
1x 80mm Apevia LED fans @ 25.64 CFM
1x FM82 92mm fan diameter (80mm frame) @ 72.48 CFM

Exhaust:
1x 80mm Apevia LED fans @ 25.64 CFM
1x FM82 92mm fan diameter (80mm frame) @ 72.48 CFM

CPU cooling
Silverstone FM92 @ 80.92 CFM

If I attached the dryer hose to the intake side of my CPU cooling fan, then attached the intake side of the dryer hose to the exhaust of the Sunon fan that is mounted in a 5.25" drive bay, would this speed up the intake of air toward the CPU? Would this actually hamper the CPU fan's work?
It would be nice to have a CAD program plugin that simulates case fans and case geometry......that would be nice!
Also, I probably will end up buying 2 120mm fans; one for the back and one for the drive bays, then add the spare Silverstone to the side duct.

Suggestions please!

Something you have to remember is that you also have your PSU as an exhaust fan. It is always better to have more air coming into the case then coming out because if there is too much air going out, air will be sucked in through little cracks and crevices, leading to dust. I would put it as an intake. I'm not too sure how well it would work as an intake fan on the side ducted to the CPU fan, but it might be worth a shot.

I've always heard it as more air going out than coming in. Creating negative pressure which should help suck in air from every hole. Either way the difference is marginal.

The thing you guys are talking about is having positive pressure to prevent dust being sucked in through the cracks. All you do is
[Intake1CFM+Intake2CFM......]-[ExhaustCFM1+ExhaustCFM2...]
If the value is positive then you have positive pressure, and extra intake air will be forced out of the cracks because it can't escape through the exhaust fans.
I was thinking that if I put the fan on the side, then it will interfere with the wind tunnel-like effect that I have going with the two Silverstone fans. The FM92 CPU fan is at full blast, then the exhaust FM82 is right behind the exhaust of the CPU fan. I'm going to put it in the drive bay and see how it goes.
*EDIT* I planning on putting the fan as intake regardless of location. I was just wondering if anyone had tried both of these locations.
The thing is, the 5.25" drive bay cage holds all of my spare PSU cables. I have them bound with a velcro tie, and I'm not sure I'm going to move them. I really don't thing there is another place in my case.
Kinda wish I'd bought a full size tower instead of ATX mid tower.
