since my Raptor just died, i'm trying to setup RAID 0 on my DS3 on the JMicron controller with 2 80gb sata drives.
here's the deal. i set the controller to RAID/IDE in bios and then i hit ctrl+G to set up my stripe on the RAID bios.
when i go through the windows setup and hit F6 none of the raid drivers will work, but if i bypass the F6 i can get through the complete windows setup all the way up until the reboot into the windows install GUI. after the reboot i cannot get into the windows install GUI at all.
what seems to be the problem? i'm already pissed that my rapty died, but what am i doing wrong here?
i'd love to get this rig running as it's my main cruncher for XS-DC.
