i've had great luck with my p5w-dh but if you read the thread you will see there are many people with lots of problems. If i had it to do over again i would probably have gone with the Gigabyte board.

Board choice also depends on features... If you want SLI, you gotta go with a 680i board or asus's P5N thats on the new 650i(its also around $150).
If you dont want SLI or you DO want max OC potential, P5B-Deluxe. Im sure a crap-ton of people here would agree.

Now thats one way of viewing it, for me those enormous support threads means troublesome MBs and a reason to not buy :) Bad Axe 2 is my choice, nice vdimm for the BallistiX's compared to the P5W-DH i had, the only reason i didnt get XBX2 yet is because im abroad. Memory OC was really bad on my P5W-DH, max vdimm didnt even push it above 900.
p5 deluxe is the best oc board out there, there is no big reason why not to buy it

none thus far. i will say theres a bit of a learning curve with this board, but to get the OC in my sig was uber simple. all i changed was VCore, fsb speed, and chose a mem divider to leave me at 800Mhz memory. I know theres a lot more to be had in the machine once i start playing with the other voltages rather thna leaving them at auto. Also, once i get my 8500C5 Dominators that actually run fast and OC better, look out!
