Imho no
I check temp in bios with 3700MHz @ 1.57V and 48C :)
But I also check idle temp in Windows with Core Temp at the same clock and vcore and  30C core 1 and 31C core 2. Bug ? or not hot cpu

Nice - capable one. ;)
Hey DEVIL K-ce

Hmm yes and no :)
This is universal mobo for high clocking all Conroe/Allendale CPU, and good ram clocker.
No becouse Commando have 2 x PCI-E slot, but only 16/4 mode with two cards :(

Oh Legend in my topic :D
Fsb wall hmm no - set 300MHz is ok, set 370 is ok, 400 is ok, 410, 420 ...
24/7 stable >100% oc with good ac cooling is no problem.
@Hausner - thank's man :toast:

Hi DEVIL K-ce,
Nice O/C there! congrats. You said your memories can get 585MHz.
Why you don’t lower the multi and get more memory bandwidth?
Please can you check the performance of:
400 x 9 = 3690MHz CPU > MEMORY 1:1 800MHz
500 x 7 = 3500MHz CPU > MEMORY 1:1 1000MHz
580 x 6 = 3480MHz CPU > MEMORY 1:1 1160MHz

Anybody tried this CPU under some sub-zero temps? I'm considering swaping my E6400 for this one. Mine does 4450MHz suicide with single-stage phasechange..

We didn't try because the cpu has fsb wall at ~420

these results intrigue me, its either this cpu or spend more money and buy a E6600

That is also what i noticed , because i was running my 4300 under cold.
And even with -54 no change of the 420 fsb.
Super strokey

i was thinking abotu getting one of these and a cheap 965 good clocking mobo (was thinking a ds3) but everyone up here in canada is still gouging on them pretty bad, Every single place has them well over 200 cdn, for that price you might as well get a 6300 imho. I did find one place at 209 though.

That's nice :D But I think I'll keep my E6400, not much difference between them.
Btw; that's 142,5% ;) But still a great overclock hehe

Nice DEVIL K-ce ! :D , those 4300's can be a fast and cheap combo [not high speed ram & mobo required]

I not tested this CPU for max FSB - only 30 minutes test for max MHz with air, and stable settings ( 410x9 ). Not more, becouse this CPU is comming for my friend computer.
