View Full Version : Opteron 146 @ 3.62ghz on dry ice !

To start with, im not god at english. ;)
To the point, Me and NiclasS from sweden was testing a Opteron 146 that made 3.55 on air. We didn`t get it to work realy, but 3.62ghz we made. Then at -18c. we didn`t test it so mutch lower, but it booted -50c. So we are not done with it.. We had 1.72v @ 3.62ghz.. Here comes pics and validation !

We tried up to 1.93V actually, but the sweetspot was around ~1.7V - 1.75V.

What fsb did it boot at with -50? CABYE 0540 does great around -20 but at lower temps youll propably get less.
