I've tested a latest retail version of Conroe available in Korea. The batch number of CPU I've got is L630B130. Overall settings are following,
CPU: Intel C2D E6600 (L630B130)
M/B: Asus P5W64 WS (Bios ver. 0402)
Memory: SuperTalent PC5300 1G*4
GPU: Nvidia 6200TC
P/W: Enermax 701A-VE
HDD: Samsung SATA2 80g*2 in raid 0
Cooler: Tuniq Tower 120 with 120mm 38T*2
OS: Windows Server 2003
Yesterday, It was fairly cold in Korea(around -7C). It helped me a lot. Maximum 1M and 32M superpi results are following,

As you see at below photos, I've set my rig on the balony with window wide open. was I cold? No. I was in the room with power cord and switch, VGA line and wireless keyboard with trackball. The display used is 10.4'(1024*768) LCD dedicated to overclocking. :toast:

-7C... speechless hehe. Nice benching rig. I'm curious if it still is stable after ambient gets hotter.
I see a rubber band around the Tuniq ^^.

Very nice OC you have there!
It's colder in Korea than in Ontario, Canada right now...LOL! You've just got to love the cold climates for overclocking :D

Thanks guys. :) Yes, balcony air is not truely air :P
Blknoel is right. that was 'a' plain rubber band. It worked great during testing.
CPU voltage is posted at photos. Ram voltage is 2.3V, for my ram does not love high voltage. Other voltages were set to maxima. No v mod is done.
I'm planning to do another try with v mods when it gets cold again.

Are the LxxxBxxx available in the U.S. yet? How much did your E6600 cost?
Yes they are. I got mine at Fry's Electronics for $279 + tax and it comes with lame ECS mobo. It's OEM, 1 year warranty.

Ye good benching setup, but not a very capable chip u got there m8! :)
Mine would hit far over 4300 with such a low temps. With +7*C can bench @ 4270 with only 1.5v - every single mV upping makes it uncoolable and makes mistakes, cos of high temps. With TT Bt + 70cfm fan over him;):p:

Love the 2 fan Tuniq...and sub 12 on air is hardcore DStealth.
If you guys want to talk "true air", how about 4140MHz (http://www.ocforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=54673&stc=1&d=1166974453) at 72° f ambients in a heated room? :)

Nice one. :) I gotta admit, the thing I love about the X6800's is that they take the work in finding a good clocker away. :p:
PS- if I were at home, I'd try. Air was surprisingly fun for the week or so I was messing with it.

Uh... Lets check this
Xeon 3060 #1 @ newegg = 3.9 orthos
Xeon 3060 #2 @ newegg = 3.9 orthos
Xeon 3060 #3 @ handpick = 3.9 orthos first try
X6800 = 3.8 orthos :( (and I tried up to like 1.68v!)
