which 965 boards take the std mach 2 skt 775 kit without any modifications?

I didnt need to mod anything on me P5B but some people have had to do minor mods because fit is really tight. You do need a seperate psu (or new firmware & bios) because of the restarts. Try search this subforum for "mach"

0614 (and up) I think. I would use second psu. The firmware/bios fix works for the double booting at startup BUT changing certain settings in bios wil stil trigger reboot. Here’s a topic about it:
