Winbond CH-5 or BH-5 ?

Hi i was wondering witch winbond chip that perform best ?
Is there any large difference in performance ?
I will order over 60 pieces for a large overclocking company and they want the best performing and stable chip

CH-5 or BH-5 ?

CH-5 is newer, produced on 0.13µ instead of 0.15µ. I haven't seen too many CH-5 sticks, i don't really know whether they overclock much better than the good old BH-5.

i heard ch-5 don't like Voltage, but BH-5 loves it.
