I bought this at Lowes for like $4 for an 11oz. spray can. I have plans to use it on the back of my mobo after spraying it with 3 coats of Laquer to keep condensation out.

It says on the can that it is flexible, it insulates aginst Electrical shock, vibration, heat, and deadens sound. It also says that it resist weather, chemicals, impact, and abrasion. It is essentially spray on electrical tape really. I have put a first coat on a test mobo to see how it holds up. OH and it comes in a variety of colors.:)
Thanx, m411b

It does look a little gloppy but after it dries it is pretty smooth.:)

I haven't used liquid electrical tape before, but from what I understand it's pretty easy to just peel off by hand.

I imagine it just peels off. That's what it does with everything else you put it on.

This is after 3 coats. I know pics aren't that great but it looks much better in person. I hope this helps.

Here is what the label doesn't tell you. http://www.plastidip.com/consumer/msds/plastidip.pdf

Flammablity of 4 (Highly flammable)
This material is flammable and may be ignited by heat, sparks, flame or static electricity.

Not something I'll be spraying on my mobo any time soon

How does it effect the trace capppacitance?

I don't know what Trace Capacitence means, but, as far as the advice on the bottle goes, it is electrally resistant.:)

EDIT: To add COMMA.
